Prior to entering the residential Real Estate market he was a senior financial analyst for a owner/operator of Senior Housing portfolios. He has closed transacton’s on over 1$ billion of Senior Housing. Toured dozens of CCRC’s and analyzed portfolios for senior housing funds and private investors.

He transitioned to an owner/operator of a retail flooring and design center in Cleveland, Ohio along side with his brothers and other members of the family. He participates in the management and operations of 5 locations in Northeast Ohio, of which is a leader in the market.

His combined years between his senior housing experience and owner/operator of a flooring and construction retailer make him a key asset when representing buyers and sellers in the residential and commercial real estate market.
